1. Can you offer sample for our evaluation
Yes, we can supply some free samples, freight charge will be afforded by the buyer.
2. How to assure the delivery safety?
With more than 12 years experience in the chemicals export including hazardous and non-hazardous products, by sea, by railway, by air or by courier are acceptable for us to assure smooth delivery. One set of export documents can be supplied to assure your customs clearance.
3. What is your MOQ?
If you are an importer not for resale, we can supply you a sample for your test, of course, if you want to buy small qty, we can also supply, just less economical than bulk qty.
4. How can we trust your quality and reputation?

5. Which payment terms can you accept?
T/T in advance and LC at sight are preferrable for the first order, along with the long-term cooperation, if you have a good reputation record in our finance system, credit days can be supplied accordingly to support your business development.
6. Why the contract company name is not the same with Syner Chem?
In order to reduce some costs and let our clients to get more economical products, we may use different company name to sign contract, this is a very common export way for many exporting companies in China to control the cost. We can send you letter of authorization to assure your benefit. Please kindly understand. Of course,we also can export chemicals under the name of Syner chem.
