Application:
SYNCIDE BK Mainly applied in industrial sectors such as the oilfield industry, papermaking industry, metal processing industry (cutting fluids, grinding fluids, rolling fluids), coating industry and electroplating industry. In addition, it can also be used for mildew prevention and preservation in industries such as detergents, latex paints, leather polishing agents and paper coatings, oil and water. Industrial sectors such as glaze anticorrosive and sterilization treatment agents and leather anticorrosive bactericides.
Papermaking industry:
Instructions for use: It can be used in the stirring tank before the pulp machine, pulp pond, high overflow tank, thickener and white pond. It can reduce fiber degradation and improve paper strength. Depending on the process, continuous drip or shock metering can be used.
Oilfield industry:
Uses: It can be used for anti-corrosion and sterilization of drilling mud, completion fluid, fracturing fluid, cementing agent and fluid loss reducer. Depending on the process, continuous drip or shock metering can be used.
Preservation of industrial technical products:
Such as metalworking fluids, metal surface treatment agents in the electroplating industry, adhesives, industrial additives, polymer dispersants and lubricants.
Storage Notes: Sealed stored in cold, dry, good ventilated place, avoid high temperature and moist.
Advantages and dosage: Biocides BK for metalworking fluid
Broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity: Effectively combats a wide variety of bacteria, fungi, and yeast.
Rapid sterilization: Acts quickly to inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
High temperature and high alkalinity resistance: Maintains stability even in harsh conditions.
Good compatibility: Works well with surfactants and other additives in the metalworking fluid formulation.
Helps increase pH value: Can have a positive impact on the pH of the system.
Sustained-release: Provides long-lasting antibacterial effect.
Versatile usage: Can be used alone or in combination with other biocides.
For concentrates, the dosage is 1 – 3%. For on-site sterilization, the dosage is 0.1 – 0.23%.
What should be considered when you choose the right biocides for metalworking fluid?
Compatibility with metalworking fluids: Ensure that the biocides does not have adverse reactions with other components in the processing fluid, resulting in a decline in the performance of the processing fluid.
Spectrum and efficacy of sterilization: According to actual needs, select a biocides that has a good inhibitory and killing effect on common microorganisms.
Applicable pH range: It should match the pH range of the metalworking fluid.
Safety: Including the health impact on operators and the friendliness to the environment.
Stability: Be able to maintain the stability of the active ingredients during storage and use.
Regulatory compliance: Select products that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Biocide MBM is a low toxicity and water-based biocide developed for use in metal working concentrates.
Biocide MBM is effective against a wide range of microorganisms including gram positive and gram negative bacteria, yeast and fungi. Microorganisms grow at a rapid rate and without use of the correct biocide, numbers can increase dramatically.
Preservatives IPBC, which stands for Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, is a chemical compound commonly used as a preservative and biocide in various industries. It is a white crystalline solid with a slight characteristic odor.
IPBC is known for its broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties, making it effective against bacteria, fungi, and algae. IPBC is widely used in metalworking fluid with biocide MBM.
IPBC 30% is also supplied with good quality.
